Skyler Senior thesis illustrations and flats
In Skylers senior thesis works, they are exploring the feelings of anxiety on the body. They sought to create garments that created a feeling while looking at them and wearing them that could bring the viewer into sharing what those feelings did to the body.
Feelings of anxiety Skyler focused on are; Butterflies in the stomach, brain fog, chest tightness, vulnerability, shame in making mistakes and more. Each garment shares elements of all or some of these feelings.
