Do you want to master the basics, bring custom garments to life, or elevate your craft with advanced techniques? Then start here! Skyler is offering sewing classes. Up your skill share your wears!

Skyler currently offers in person and live video lessons. Lessons are a minimum of 1 hour long. In person lessons can accommodate 3 people at a time. Live video lessons are 1 person only.

Current classes being offered:

• Beginner - Learn the basics of the machine, Straight stitch for garment making and intro to fabrics.

• Intermediate - Learn how to use a swing pattern, and getting use to complex stitching and finishings for making a basic top. Recommended student bring a sewing pattern for a top that they wish to sew. By the end of this class students will have completed a top.

• Advanced - Learn how to draft your own pants pattern from your measurements, try finishing techniques for making jeans and the addition of pockets and fly zipper.

These lessons may change and are part of an existing lesson plan. If you want to learn outside of these classes please still reach out. Skyler does have flexibility to create a class specialized for you.

Pricing

Pricing per class varies based on age and number of classes, if you are with a group etc.

• 1 class is $30.00 - $45.00

• Series of 2 classes is $60.00 - $80.00

• Series of 4 classes is $120.00 - $170.00
